What program does this affect? How is the program broken?

Sorry for being unclear about the problem, I was trying to find why Nexon Game Security(NGS) anti-cheat failed to initialize in some games, and assumed unsupported decoder messages being the cause, but then proved myself wrong after checking the trace and realized that decode function was actually called from wintrust.WVTAsn1SpcIndirectDataContentDecode.

SPC_INDIRECT_DATA_OBJID is actually handled in wintrust.

The fixme in this case is badly placed.

But as Comment 1 suggest, the fixme message may be badly placed is this case, I think a fix that stop such message from showing to prevent future confusion might still be needed.
