The file that crashes word

With loads off versions before and the last one, word 2003 crashes on opening
the file in the attachment.

I have more of these files containing the same template, the all crash.

On multiple systems it has the same result. (works in windows word)

Patch to fix crash in WNetGetResourceInformationW if provider table is empty

Hello,

seems WNetGetResourceInformationW() doesn't check if provider table is empty
due to missing registry data.
WNetGetResourceInformationA() handles this case gracefully so
WNetGetResourceInformationW() should to the same if directly called.

Tested in 1.1.7; the file opens fine for me.
