--- Comment #2 from Anastasius Focht focht@gmx.net --- Hello folks,
the backtrace hints in direction of bug 16144 - although both top frames are strange.
I tried to figure out the exact Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.x version based on the backtrace but it was a waste of time (http://www.oldapps.com/adobe_reader.php?old_adobe=4?download -> 4.0.0, 4.0.5) - none of the old versions had those call sites.
Also try to provide the actual PDF via download link. Often it depends on the PDF version/embedded content if for example bug 16144 is applicable here.

Last call: Please retest with recent Wine version, preferably Wine 1.7.55 or later. If it still fails, provide more information:
* backtrace with _recent_ Wine version * exact Acrobat Reader product release/version * PDF used for reproduce
If there is no response after certain time, the bug will be closed without further notice (abandon).

Did you really test Acrobat 4 or Acrobat Reader? Because the Reader does not have any issue, I just tested in wine 1.6.
Also by the time you added the comment Wine-Staging 1.9.11 was not available yet, did you mean vanilla Wine?

--- Comment #6 from winetest@luukku.com --- So basically the url field has wrong download...?
Without OP responding we have no clue if this is really fixed or not. Then the download field should be removed. Also bug should be marked as abandoned or needinfo. There is nothing we can do here now.

I am not sure if it is still an issue. I no longer use this program, so I have no clue if it works in 2.6 or not.
