--- Comment #3 from louisaturk@walla.com 2008-06-03 23:52:22 --- I'm willing to help with testing this, as I'm really rather desperate to get it to work. There are many others on the Notabene users list that would also like to use Linux. If you need me to help with testing, please send an email to: cgturk@yahoo.com, NOT to my walla.com email address. Thanks!

--- Comment #6 from CN Gnome cngnome@gmail.com 2009-03-28 14:39:59 --- In 1.1.18 the installation gets further, almost to end and then crashes with different error:
Unhandled page fault on read access to 0xffffffff at address 0x12b7:0x00000ded (thread 0026), starting debugger... Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0xffffffff in 16-bit code (12b7:0ded). fixme:dbghelp:addr_to_linear Failed to linearize address 7341:00000074 (mode 0) In 16 bit mode.
Just for the fun of it I ran whatever it had installed and had another crash :

--- Comment #13 from francis troullier fran6t@free.fr 2010-11-22 08:53:00 CST --- Nota bene module professeur (2009 and 2010) does'nt launch new file to new professeur. The module takes care correctly but there is no action(share) during the call(action on) of the function " new professor ". It was ok with precedent version (on june 2010). It's not ok today, even with the versions previous one of the module and the wine 1.2, any combination(overall) tried. Thanks, f troullier.

--- Comment #15 from Dan Kegel dank@kegel.com 2013-03-23 11:46:38 CDT --- Also affects "Typing Quick & Easy" by Individual Software, circa year 2000. (This is either version 11 or version 1.1, the executable is QNET11.EXE.)
I tried using a native override as follows: download WW1116.EXE from somewhere sha1sum b803991c40f387464b61f606536b7c98a88245d2 sudo apt-get install msexpand unzip WW1116.EXE msexpand < OLE2DISP.DL_ > ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/ole2disp.dll winetricks ole2disp.dll16=native msexpand < COMPOBJ.DL_ > ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/compobj.dll winetricks compobj.dll16=native
That got past the complaint, but crashed with Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0xffffffff in 16-bit code (13c7:04a2).
