Attachment #30066 showcases the expected error message ("The system cannot find
the path specified"). Instead, running wine mpqedit c:\ results in "Access
denied" error message.

That's the only output, next to a lot of 
fixme:msg:pack_message WM_NCPAINT hdc packing not supported yet
fixme:msg:pack_message msg 14 (WM_ERASEBKGND) not supported yet

Still an issue with wine-1.3.16 and the latest mpqeditor version. The issue is
slightly different.

On Windows 7, "mpqeditor c:/" opens mpqeditor without further issues as if no
argument was passed. On wine, it tries to open some garbage characters..

Theres some corruption going on here. +heap completely changes the content of
the args listview...

Tested in windows XP and wine 1.3.37. I can confirm this issue.
