Upgrade to 1.1.23 and retest.
Can't do that until bug #18975 is fixed, I'm doing regression tests for that now.

--- Comment #3 from David Rogers ezekiel000@lavabit.com 2009-06-19 08:28:03 --- While doing regression testing I also tested the end game video, it played the video but also crashed out when trying to exit the game with the video running.
But I couldn't remove the patch causing the game to crash on start (it came up with a load of warnings) so I couldn't really test it with the latest version of wine.

Now that I can run RealMyst (GOG version) in the latest wine I've been able to see if this bug still occurs and it does. I've attached the terminal output of the game crash.

--- Comment #5 from Vitaliy Margolen vitaliy@kievinfo.com 2010-01-24 11:35:41 --- Don't change original reported Wine version. There is no back trace in your log. Please compile Wine from source and get the back trace.

--- Comment #6 from David Rogers ezekiel000@lavabit.com 2010-01-24 13:58:04 --- Sorry I didn't realise that I shouldn't change the wine version number. I tried to make a back trace, I compiled the latest wine but if I run it normally with my compiled wine I get the same log as above and if I run it with: ./wine-git/wine winedbg realMYST.exe The game doesn't crash but freezes instead.

./wine-git/wine winedbg realMYST.exe
Skip winedbg.

(In reply to comment #6)
./wine-git/wine winedbg realMYST.exe
Skip winedbg.
As I said if I run it without winedbg then I get the same terminal output, it says the debugger failed to start automatically.
