Confirming this issue, but it doesn't work with wine versions prior to 3.14.

FIXED when I Went back to wine 3.0.2 and ran in WIN/XP mode

Will reinstall wine 3.15 and test in XP mode. Will update this log after my
test

Re-ran using winehq 3.15 in win/XP mode
The Citro browser worked Ok this time, but not the SPFlite program. SPFlight
only runs OK if I Drop back to Winestable 3.0.2

Works for me with disbabling mountmgr.sys (in XP):

WINEDLLOVERRIDES=mountmgr.sys=d sine SPFLite.exe

I guess in that direction the regression should be found.

I cannot confirm that for 100%. There seems to be some race condition (?):

I started it 5 times, started 3 times fine, crashed 2 times. This will be
difficult to track back i fear. Tested in staging-3.15
