I think problem might be in blizz SSL certificate with a trailing zeros:

No problem, could you open bugs for all of the issues you encountered?  I
definitely experienced the freezing problem before fixing this issue, I am
unaware of a version of Wine where this previously worked.  If you could put
that into the bug report then I'll look into it.

Im not sure, I tried in a fresh wineprefix and couldnt repro. Ill put more

Still just freezes for me with Gentoo's app-emulation/wine-1.4_rc4 when wine is
set to Windows Vista.

Works with Windows XP or Windows 7 settings.

Before it didn't work at all, so that should be a new bug.  Do you mean that
the GUI freezes or that it fails to send the data?

The GUI freezes and the GUI window where it list your system details is still
empty.

That is a separate issue, it seems to occur randomly about 50-70% of the time. 
It might be a regression, but it's definitely a separate bug.
