--- Comment #1 from James Hawkins truiken@gmail.com 2008-03-06 19:35:09 --- No reason to think it's a bug in ole. If you don't know for certain which component a bug belongs to, just use -unknown.

--- Comment #4 from Ladislav Nesnera nesnera@email.cz 2008-03-14 04:06:01 --- Maybe I don't understand the bug's live cycle. If the workflow is 1. UNCONFIRMED => 2. NEW => 3. ASSIGNED I've like reach this: Status: NEW or ASSIGNED Resolution: No resolution yet I don't now how do it. Status UNCONFIRMED I'm feeling as a bugs is nonsense an nobody will try to repair it.. I'm sorry for trouble

Once somebody else besides a reporter reliably reproduces the bug it will be marked as NEW.

--- Comment #6 from Ladislav Nesnera nesnera@email.cz 2008-03-14 09:12:13 --- I tried record what is going by SW recordMyDesktop but record doesn't contains moments when screen is fully empty. Additional I noticed monitor's power diode turn from blue (on) to orange (sleep) and back at these moments..

That's an indication that this is caused by a (most likely buggy) video driver. In that case there is nothing we can do about it.

--- Comment #8 from Ladislav Nesnera nesnera@email.cz 2008-03-17 10:24:12 --- Problem with blinking monitor occurs only if I'm using dual head (Xinerama) and if Lotus Notes performs "refresh Notes configuration settings". If I'm using notebook's LCD only no problem occours (excluding annoying "err:win:DefWindowProcW called for other process window 0x10020")

I've read somewhere (don't have the source around) that it's a known bug, and can be fixed by some driver setting.
(excluding annoying "err:win:DefWindowProcW called for other process window 0x10020")
That message is harmless, and just indicates a bug in Notes.
