Sadly, the interface was not very stable, so you can't neccessarily grab any old anet2.dll and use it. But that's ok, the game definitely installs its own copy (otherwise it almost certainly wouldn't run). So perhaps it's a bug in the installer under Wine that anet2.dll isn't installed? I'll try to have a look.
But happily anet is now open source, so if you really need to, you can build your own anet2.dll. It'd just be a lot of work.
