[Bug 1908] Medival total war demo doesn't work

console output with amstream channel enabled.

There are several bugs in this report.

As first, this one

is not relevant to this bug, since this bug report is about the demo.

First bug. The demo does not install when XP is used in Winecfg. ->workaround
is to use Windows 2000 in winecfg

More important.
The first crash is in amstream. Using a native amstream dll fixes the first
crash.

So, to ease the resolution of this bug, I suggest that the bug report is only
for this bug.

So I suggest to change the title
" Medieval total war demo crashes because of amstream"

I will open others bug reports for the remaining problems.
