Have you done that?
Suggesting to use Nouveau instead of NVidia is kind of joke. Besides, there was a patch sent to wine-patches that added support for NVidia xrand, however it never got a review.

Debian 10 (nouveau driver) - Wine 4.19 (built from source) - wine-mono-4.9.3.msi
Attached above is a console log for Wine 4.19 running without debug flags and not using the nvidia driver.
I am happy to test patches or provide any other info needed.

I am getting this bug again. Using winecfg to set "emulate a virtual desktop" prevents the crash (but not on the first start).
