Ignore the official site, and grab the download straight from:
http://download.esd.licensetech.com/Microsoft/DMMSO12B/PRO/AKAMAIFILES/OPPLU...
as it will crash before you need the license key anyway.
Copy gdiplus.dll to windows/system32 before running.
