Mouse pointer disappears and won't work in most places of the interface,
however, the application seems to detect when the pointer (wich is invisible)
is hovering over buttons, but doesn't recognize mouse clicks.
On Windows 10, mouse events has the expected behavior and the mouse pointer
changes to another offered by the application.

Procedure:
1 - Run GIMP-2.0/bin/gimp-2.2.exe
2 - Move mouse over windows and click on it's contents

The application spams a lot of FIXMEs when the mouse is being moved:
"0184:fixme:msimtf:ActiveIMMApp_OnDefWindowProc Stub"

Seems like the applications calls for a unimplemented function to receive or to
send mouse's movement and then it gets no proper return

Info: Doesn't work with wine-7.4 due to an issue that's already fixed.

¿Is that the "Error creating window." regression, on GIMP installer?
I just tried it on Wine 7.4 and got this issue

Bug still occurs with wine-9.0-rc5.
