Austin, I think you should be using "-p1" instead of "-p0" as the option of the
"patch" command, so it gives you no error.

With "-p0" you should probably get some errors in your console, as in this patch
paths are prefixed with some fictional dir:

+++ b/dlls/quartz/transform.c
