I have the Uplay version of the game (MM Heroes VI: Shades of Darkness), but it starts properly on Linux, using Nvidia binary drivers 375.26.
Installed native components: xaudio2, d3dcompiler_43, d3dx9_40 (+ requires mfc90.dll to start).

Native dll: d3dx9_36 or d3dx9_40, d3dcompiler_43. I seems never had problem with audio and with mfc90. (will check later) Did you confirm two major bugs with your game version: "White water" and "Full darkness in company Crag Hack"? I tested the game with new wine version hoping those bugs will ever be resolved. But 1.9.15 appears to be last version to play...
