Installing Cisco Security Manager (CSM) 4.2 on ubuntu 64bit fails but when installing it in 32bit ubuntu it installs and runs fine.
I followed the directions to install the replacement advpack.dll and update it in the wine libraries as well as installing java in the wine environment prior to installing CSM.
Running ubuntu 12.10 x64 with wine 1.4.1 (perhaps I need to update)
Willing to help out as much as needed :)

Both OS's were fully patched at the time of testing.

Ran upgrade in Fedora 18 removed previous .wine directory and re-created via wineconf in 1.5.22
copied advpack.dll to the ./wine/drive_c/windows/system32/ folder ran jre-7u11-windows-x64.exe to install Java into the wine instance ran CSMClientSetup.exe to install CSM into the wine instance and generated the attached error.
I can also do this in Ubuntu if you like for comparison.

Anyway ... the 64-bit JRE install works fine here, assuming fixed. Reopen if still present with _recent_ Wine version (and clean WINEPREFIX).

$ sha1sum jre-7u11-windows-x64.exe 41c3af2cf67c367066863a067ce831cf80586cdb jre-7u11-windows-x64.exe
