Maybe this bug is related to this message appearing on the console several times for each frame:
err:d3d:state_colorwrite (WINED3DRS_COLORWRITEENABLE1/2/3,7,7,15) not yet implemented. Missing of cap D3DPMISCCAPS_INDEPENDENTWRITEMASKS wasn't honored?

I don't know if it's the reason, but sometimes the graphics look strange like if their were textures missing and it is flickering too.

Interesting notice is that in Graphics game menu the amount of black is usually less than in game itself. Also, when the cars are in fire, they have black pixels, but when the fire ends, black pixels mostly go away from the car. This makes me think it is related to lighting...

But after some time this bug reappears again. It may be related to nvidia configuration saved after new card is detected.

wined3d: Disable vertex shader output clamping.
It looks like NV50+ hardware gets you infinities and NaN's in D3D as well for most things, so we should only need special handling for pow and nrm.
