Patch causing msiexec errors within vcrun2008 (one of the many programs uncluding zune load it causes errors)
The patch seems to kill msiexec processing and causes c++ errors. This has only been happening since I patched wine. Affects lots of apps including zune startup. Attached output from running vcrun2008.
Patched under 1.1.34.

Ah, ok. So it crashes exactly same way as initially reported. Please attach +relay,+tid log. About a thousand lines before crash will be enough I hope.

Does this stub help?
The main problem is another crash , also present in previous Zune installers. Then it crashes as in comment #3. I already sent a stub for the QueryTrace thingy, but it was deferred for after wine-1.2

the bug should be marked fixed for the unimplemented ADVAPI32.dll.QueryTraceW issue. Still crashes but that's a different issue and should be tracked by a separate user32/gdiplus bug.
