[Bug 4050] Call Of Duty 2 Demo refuses to run - no support for dynamic textures

Problem is still there, no support for dynamic textures and then no support for
alpha blending. But after apply this patch
http://www.czela.net/pub/Czela_Debian_2.5/mirek/cod2/patch.diff i can get into
menu (looks very bad), and after that i can even get into game, it is very fast
and looks realy good, but there are still problems with some textures and sound
(it crashed if i have music and sound on after 10 seconds).
