Red Alert 2 (and yuri's revenge) crashes when trying to save games (which yuri's
revenge does at the start of the level, making the expansion nonfunctional)

Error message is:
err:storage:Storage32Impl_SmallBlocksToBigBlocks conversion failed: resRead =
0x8003001e, resWrite = 0x00000000

This is a bug introduced in 0.9.21, have verified that it works with 0.9.20.
