I import the vista inspirat themes and its component from windows partition
(C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes) and put it to
(/root/.wine/drive_c/WINDOWS/Resources/Themes) and when i set this theme in
winecfg. The overall performance was become slow. (including the installation
of windows programs to linux with wine)

note: i order to test this problem: you must be obtained a copy of vista
inspirat and install it on windows partition then get the theme and its
components on this directory C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\ (note: get the whole
content of Inspirat2 folder) and put it to
/root/.wine/drive_c/WINDOWS/Resources/Themes And set this as a user interface
theme in winecfg.

Don't run wine as root.

This actually happens with any theme and latest Wine 1.5, and I've written a
cleaner and more minimal case, originally posted in bug 30255:

1. Download a XP theme, like Human for Windows [1] or Clearlooks for Windows XP
[2] and unzip it.
2. Run `winecfg`. In the "Desktop Integration" tab, install the theme, choose
it, and click "apply".
3. Switch between the tabs of winecfg and observe the performance. There is an
obvious lag when switching tabs, which is not present when "(No Theme)" is
chosen. Also, there is `fixme:msg:pack_message msg 14 (WM_ERASEBKGND) not
supported yet` in the console output.

Confirmed, this is still happening in Wine 1.5.3, with any custom theme. It's
not specific to just one theme.

I don't see a lag with 1.7.25 and the Human theme.

Indeed, with 1.7.24 there is no lag any more.
