In winbox64.exe[1] application all cyrrilic text is not shown properly. It is a
latest emulators/wine-devel from ports. This works fine with emulators/wine
(wine-5.0.1).

My locale is LANG=uk_UA.UTF-8, but I also tried to set it to LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8,
no progress.

Since you say it works with older wine versions, could you do a regression
test? See: https://wiki.winehq.org/Regression_Testing

Also, is it still present with wine-5.14?
