Revert "wbemprox: Reset the number of rows only when the  table was filled
dynamically.

I believe this is a regression.

is the cause of the start-up problem.

The patch in attachments reverts that commit.

This patch needs review of qualified personnel.

The patch is good but it exposes another bug. The app expects the
Win32_BaseBoard.Product property to exist. I've submitted a patch.
