I'm on the latest stable nvidia driver 195.36.24. SC2 showed the appended warnings screen initializing it after the latest patch 13.

It's hardly that bad, it only displays that warning once. You could have a look at driver_version_table[] in dlls/wined3d/directx.c though, and try entering some more recent version numbers.

I just resync'd and rebuilt. Annoying pop-up is gone for me
