Tropico 5 starts, sound is playing, no intro videos are displayed and there is only a textured mouse pointer on a blank screen.

Hi, are you using Wine DLLs on Windows and the game does not start, is that it? Or are you trying to run the game in Windows with standard Windows DLL files and it is not working?

Yeah, it's a hack for Tropico. It isn't surprising that it breaks other games.
