[Bug 6263] New: failed to create empty document/unable to open file

I downloaded and used wine(Mandriva rpm 0.9.21) to install taxact for 2005. The
install completed without any errors. However, when I run the program, I get an
error message that says 'failed to create empty document'. If I click on the
error message then there is another message that says that it is trying to open
a file and displays a message that it was unable to open "2005 Tax Return
File.ta5". This file exist and has the correct permissions. After that the
program exits.

This is my first post here. If I have selected the wrong component or other
setting let me know what the correct setting is and I will repost per your
