Why are you running under winedbg?
Well I have started playing with wine yesterday. I was reading everything that I found about bugs so I wanted to give as much info as possible. I found http://wiki.winehq.org/Backtraces and there is winedbg together with "Backtrace Quality". So I just wanted to help as much as I can. If I give too much or too few info please tell me.
Any help or instructions are very welcome. :D

wine winedbg Downloads/TeamViewer_Setup-iod.exe
You should cd to the directory of the executable and run with just 'wine'. E.g.,:
$ cd Downloads $ wine TeamViewer_Setup-iod.exe
This applies to your other bugs as well

Can you please explain what is resulting difference between these two? 1. Is winedbg outdated, obsolete or something else? 2. Does starting from destination folder gives some benefits and name some? I do not have anything against it but would like to know why. :D

- Is winedbg outdated, obsolete or something else?
It is a debugger, and some applications do not expect to run under one. It is for specialized use (i.e., debugging).
- Does starting from destination folder gives some benefits and name some?

http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#head-8d8c06cf7fb33269c085a07531b61e5c730566e0
Some applications expect the current working directory to be the same as the directory they reside in. Not doing so can lead to unexpected behavior, i.e., crashes/etc.

How does it work on actual Windows Vista+ systems?
The installer seems to finish just fine, without Messagbox. I cannot see/don`t know if instead it would like to try pkgmgr.exe. I don`t think so because the installer succeeds without warnings...
