Every time I click on the Accept button for the license agreement, the
following line is printed:
fixme:mshtml:fire_event node type 9 node supported

Note, this is different from Bug 13903 which shows a jscript error.

Native mshtml has its own problems, but installing IE6 helps.

Please try using native jscript.dll instead of whole IE to see if it's jscript
or MSHTML error (the fixme above doesn't prove anything).

With native jscript alone, the installer does not get this far and causes a
page fault.

With native mshtml (and iertutil and msls31) the installer doesn't even load.

Installing all of IE6 and setting jscript back to builtin causes a different
page fault further on in the installation.

Installing all of IE6 and setting mshtml back to builtin hangs the installer.

The patch does correct the fixme, but clicking on Accept still does not allow
the installation to progress (in latest git).

The AppDB reports that this also affects Dreamweaver CS4.
Will see what other CS4 apps are affected and attach bug link.
