When attempting to download the premium content patch for EVE Online Classic from within the game (esc -> first tab -> start download) an error box pops up saying 'There was a error starting the content upgrade download. IBackgroundCopyJob::SetPriority.' and in the console 'fixme:qmgr:BITS_IBackgroundCopyJob_SetPriority Not implemented' comes up.
