The Bug Description: 
Well... doesn't work at all. upon starting I receive a Message box like this:

GFXCDSSurface::create: 
Failed to create a surface Program: CyberStorm Version: 1.00A 
Win95 Jun 12 1996 File:graph/gfx/g_cds.c( #114 )

This prevents Cyberstorm from proceeding.

The next box: 
The instruction at 0047571e referenced memory at 00000004 
The memory could not be read from
