FBO errors
3DMark2000 does not show its d3d rendering. The benchmark runs and completes
successfully, but while it is running it is only showing the last screen
contents before the benchmark was started.
This is a regression, regression test result is:

wined3d: Get rid of the redundant texture_name and texture_name_srgb fields
in struct wined3d_surface.

FBO errors are written during the test run, see attachment fbo-bad.txt.bz2.
These errors may not have anything to do with the regression. There are FBO
errors before this patch with rendering working.
