When attempting to install wordviewer 2003, it starts installing the files, 
and then suddenly pops up a dialog box "Installation ended prematurely because 
of an error". Clicking ok (only choice) on it aborts the install.

When this happens, the following is printed to stderr:

The issue seems to be that the wrdvicon.exe file is missing.
