I'm also seeing quite a few "Unrecognized opcode" messages, but I suspect those were there before. Could you also attach a -all,+d3d_shader trace from before the patch to shader_glsl_mov()?
The "Unrecognized opcode" messages make me suspect this isn't necessarily a problem with that specific patch though, but rather a case of things breaking in a different way than they did before.
