Does this still happen with wine-7.20?

Is there a free and legal download that can be used to reproduce this?

I downloaded MobaXterm from
https://mobaxterm.mobatek.net/download-home-edition.html but I could not
reproduce this bug with Wine 7.22.

I can't reproduce this even with 7.0. At least, if I download MobaXTerm 23.6
and go to Terminal -> Open new tab, I see the expected text. Are these
sufficient reproduction instructions?

Does it need anything special to be done to set up the prefix?
