Regression. Happens since this commit:

Prior to this - Skype could be started in win9x mode (it doesn't work in XP/2000 because of other bugs), then it would show "OLE error" message, but afterwards would be perfectly usable. Now the app starts just like before, but crashes after a few seconds of running. Attaching log
