minimal test case for generating an internal compiler error

Here's a minimal test case that generates the following when using builtin
msvcrt:

Microsoft (R) 32-bit C/C++ Optimizing Compiler Version 12.00.8804 for 80x86
Copyright (C) Microsoft Corp 1984-1998. All rights reserved.

foo.cpp
CL.EXE: undname.c:216: str_array_get_ref: Assertion `cref' failed.
