Patch to handle constant characters in the mask string (eg. -)

The - character in the mask needs to be written back into the string.  The
attached patch fixes that.  It should apply cleanly to the tar of my tree at:

http://mandoo.dyndns.org/wine-mm-20051020.tar.gz

Please try it out and let me know if it works for you or not.  If so, we can
close this bug... if there's another bug, please open a seperate bug report and
assign it to me again.
