Terminal output

CCleaner shows a dialog on first run asking whether to intelligently scan for
cookies to keep. This dialog also shows an icon (the CCleaner logo) which has a
black background. On Windows XP, the icon's background is transparent instead.

Same issue exists in 1.3.18, 1.2, 1.0.1, and 0.9.33.

It's using a static bitmap and not an icon, so it doesn't have a mask. This
looks like an app bug. It also gets a black background for me on Vista.
