The attached file is saved from the bug pop up window of wine

I tried installing Publisher Rocker on my Linux system

System information:
    Wine build: wine-4.0 (Debian 4.0-2)
    Platform: i386
    Version: Windows 10
    Host system: Linux
    Host version: 4.19.0-27-amd64

It creates an application icon in the Application list. But pops up an error
dialogue window with the details which is attached herewith.

Please let me know if there is a workaround for this problem.

Two things:
 - attach full log
 - use something less ancient than 4.0

No, you've attached only the backtrace; by 'full log' I mean complete console
output of the program's execution - while exact usefulness of it varies
strongly, usually it does offer *some* hints what went wrong.

As for the other part, that depends on your distro.

I believe Publisher Rocket can be downloaded from
https://publisherrocket.com/download/. It appears to be an Electron
application, so with wine-9.14, after working around bug 32342 by installing
corefonts with winetricks, I can successfully install and launch the Publisher
Rocket application.

Therefore, I don't see any evidence of a bug that hasn't already been reported.
Please retest with the latest development version of Wine.

I tried to install Wine 19.14 after going through the details on:
https://wiki.winehq.org/Debian

I got the following error after executing the last command,
