[Bug 5939] MS Money 2004 trial doesn't install many files

The app now installs all but one of the missing files, a helper
that gets run during installation.  The symptom is the console message
err:msi:HANDLE_CustomType50 Unable to execute command
L"C:\windows\temp\IXP000.TMP\fisku.exe"

The remaining problem seems minor, as the app now runs, but
we should probably figure this out anyway.  I'll attach
a +msi,+file log.
