When launching program MAVIMPLANT newly installed, wine report the following fatal error :
Unhandled exception: page fault on execute access to 0x00000000 in 32-bit code (0x00000000).
All required files of MAVIMPLANT application have been correctly installed under (including the application ".Desktop" file) : ~/.wine/drive_c/users/pascal/Local Settings/Application Data/boulangerie-patisserie-mavimplant.inrs.fr

thanks for reporting back; the crash you ran into is really already reported in other bugreport.
I did a bit of further testing with the program and will share my findings here so there`s some info to find when anyone else tries this program:
* The program starts a browser page in chrome *** (contains some chrome*.dll files) and that suffers from already reported chrome bugs (the page says "ouch, chrome crashed" or something similar. Apparently related to https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45642
- With patch from the above bug applied on top of staging, it doesn`t say that anymore, in the title bar i can see it tries/can connect to a site, but the page stays white/blank. When I disable libglesv2.dll the page/program starts to work fine for me. That is apparently bug https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44985
To summarize: AFAICT suffers from:

I've got exactly the same behavior that you described about the page which stays white/blank.
I'm going to try the following command as soon as possible :
WINEDLLOVERRIDES=libglesv2.dll=d WINEDLLOVERRIDES=packager=n wine boulangerie-patisserie-mavimplant.inrs.fr.exe
and I will keep you inform about the result.
