When I try to run Sierra chart 64 it says that wine encountered a critical
problem and needs to be closed.

Wine 5.0 is already almost a year old, could you try with a 5.22 or preferably
6.0-rc3?

Is there a free download available for this program?

Also, please attach the full console output, not only the backtrace.
