Error message after opening

To reproduce the error:

- Login on Prezi
- Download a presentation for windows (without installation). It's a file.exe.
- Open downloaded file using Wine
- See the error

Till about 3 months ago was working, but Prezi has changed something on windows
file format.

Please, identify and correct, if possible.

Hi,

Could you click on "Mostrar Detalhes" when that error message comes up and add
what you see when you click on "Mostrar Detalhes" as an attachment?

When you get an error message like that, always make sure to click on "Mostrar
Detalhes" as that contains more information :)

Also, is there a legal download of this application?

Hi Daniel,

Can you run the following command in your terminal:

winetricks corefonts

and see if that helps with the crash?

Could you try if running in wine-staging works around the crash? (I have the
impression that this bug might be a duplicate)

Thanks Louis for the idea,
I searched wine-staging and I found
https://github.com/wine-compholio/wine-staging/wiki/Installation
then I install
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:wine/wine-builds
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install --install-recommends wine-staging

I run the prezi-windows.exe and the dialog-box with the error continue.

Before post my first comment (comment #5) I 
Uninstalled wine, later installed wineHQ, like the error continue I installed
wine again.
And now I install wine-staging

Have you also tried the suggestion from comment 4: winetricks corefonts  ?

If that doesn`t help either, could you run by

WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid wine prezi-windows.exe &>log

and attach the (bzipped2) log to this bug?

Thanks Louis, I run winetricks corefonts (comment #4) an tried to run but I
received the dialog-box with the error. The difference with the previous errors
was that appear the borders (only the borders) of the windows where should be
the presentation of Prezi.

Then I open a terminal in the folder where is the prezi.windows.exe and run
WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid wine prezi-windows.exe &>log

and the error return...

There should now be a file called ``log``. Do bzip2 log, and attach the
compressed file log.bz2 to this bug please

Hi, I found a portable prezi that crashes exactly the same way as in comment 3,
so i`ll confirm the bug 
(found at https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/, you can find several portable
prezi`s for primary school that are freely shared by other teachers, after
registering)

However, this again is a duplicate of  bug 42014.

With Staging it crashes for me in unimplemented function
msvcp140.dll.?_LogScheduleTask@_TaskEventLogger@details@Concurrency@@Q

that`s bug 42575...

@Sergio: Could you try if the following works:

-winetricks vcrun2015
-install wine-staging and run the app in wine-staging (make sure you run
/opt/wine-staging/bin/wine prezi-windows.ex)

If that works around the crash, we know for sure this is a duplicate. Thanks
