Winecfg_paste_from_terminal

I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and just updated from wine 4.9 to 4.10 and now
winecfg doesn't work..

After a purge and reinstall i got this.

I apt purged winehq-staging and then apt autoremove on the rest and then
rebooted and re-installed winehq-staging with --install-recommends.

I deleted the .wine folder in ~/ . Typed winecfg again and it worked again..
plz remove this...
