Summary: Problem while using delphi to do a select in a MS-SQL database Product: Wine Version: 0.9.45. Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: critical Priority: P2 Component: wine-ole AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: renetf77@yahoo.com
Hi,
Sorry for my english, i am from Brazil and i am trying to use a third-part ERP, writing in Delphi, using unixodbc and Borland BDE to connect in a MS-SQL database.
I had the unixodbc configured and working and installed Borland BDE using wine.
I can start the ERP, using wine, but when I try to filter some data in any module I receive the following errors:
1 - "Query1: Parameter "Coditem 1" not found 2 - "Query1: Field "Coditem" is of a unknown type
Obviously, the program works fine in a Windows XP, in my case.
I used winedebug to generate a log and it's attached.
Please, anyone try to help me, this problem is critical to purge Windows for my environment and change all desktops to linux.
Thanks
Renê

It's not clear from what you write whether this is a bug or a configuration error. Can you start by attaching just the console output from wine, without any debugging flags?

Sorry for the large attach, but I just tried to help. Well, i don't know if it's a configuration problem or not, but i can execute the program and after that, when i 'm using the program, i have those errors. In wineconsole I don't have any errors, maybe this mean that wine isn't the problem, i don't know.
If you could, in line 440887 and 441110, of the file error.log, you can see where my problem start, but i don't know if it's a wine's problem or not.
Thanks
