Bug ID: 56307 Summary: Keyboard input issues in Wine with experimental Wayland driver. Product: Wine Version: 9.1 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs@winehq.org Reporter: manoelricado@outlook.com Distribution: ---
When using Wine with the experimental Wayland driver enabled, keyboard input issues affecting interaction with certain applications have been observed. The inconsistent behavior includes undesired automation of keyboard input, resulting in unintended actions.

--- Comment #1 from manoelricado@outlook.com --- Steps to Reproduce:
Enable the experimental Wayland driver. Open Wine and run an application that utilizes keyboard input, such as taskmgr or winver. Press and hold the "Tab" key on the keyboard. While holding down the "Tab" key, press and hold the "Alt" key. Release the "Tab" key first, and then the "Alt" key. Press the "Tab" key in the Taskmgr window of Wine. Observe the anomalous behavior, where keyboard input appears to be automated, initiating automatic navigation through options or causing unintended actions.
Observed Behavior:
After following the steps above, it is noticed that keyboard input in the Wine application (Taskmgr or Winver) becomes unstable or automated, with actions occurring without direct user interaction. This includes automatic typing of characters or actions executed without explicit command.
