Following a successful installation, RebelBetting exits silently. Nothing in the console.
"winetricks dotnet35" doesn't work yet.

the requirement for this app is .NET 3.5 SP1 - the installer explicitly states it. The .NET installation process is a bit unreliable but if you manage to get a working prefix, the app starts just fine.
The app creates a log file at: "c:/users/<user>/temp/RebelBetting/RebelBetting.log" so you could check what your problem is.
Later there is bug 30485 with oleau32.VarDecRound being a semi-stub preventing the app from functioning properly.

--- Comment #3 from Ken Sharp kennybobs@o2.co.uk 2013-07-11 11:14:21 CDT --- With wine-1.6-rc4-99-g94c7806 I noticed that it doesn't exit silently but sits in RAM running at 100% CPU (on a single core).
Left to run for around three minutes and the main thread eventually becomes a zombie with a single line printed in the console at this point:
err:seh:setup_exception_record stack overflow 2288 bytes in thread 003c eip 7bc5b92e esp 00240a40 stack 0x240000-0x241000-0x340000
Effectively no change.
Note: Not using any workarounds so it will be using wine-mono (2.0?)

I'm changing component to 'mscoree' and remove 'dotnet' keyword since you opted for using Wine-Mono in the end.
Bugzilla keyword 'dotnet' is reserved for scenarios when Microsoft .NET Frameworks have been installed in 32-bit WINEPREFIX, replacing default Wine-Mono (uninstalled).
