Confirm this bug on wine1.3.18. This time I notice that POPO2011 has a native dbghelp.dll in the program directory, so is that the problem ?

No.
What language is this? I can't get the characters to display correctly no matter what I set LANG= to.
Confirming POPO exits silently.

Dear Nikolay, do you mean running without native comctl32 override?
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25861
--- Comment #13 from Nikolay Sivov bunglehead@gmail.com 2011-04-28 00:32:27 CDT --- Of course, debug flags enable verbose output in wine's code, native override won't give you that obviously. See http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#head-16da35b6327024d6ea576e3678488b16862d0f5e.

--- Comment #19 from Qian Hong fracting@gmail.com 2012-02-04 12:46:27 CST --- Hello, found a dirty hack:
In tooltips.c: --- snip --- static LRESULT TOOLTIPS_GetToolInfoT (const TOOLTIPS_INFO *infoPtr, TTTOOLINFOW *ti, BOOL isW)
WCHAR tmp[]={'t','m','p','\0'}; ti->lpszText = tmp; --- snip ---
The current version is: ti->lpszText = /* NULL */; /* FIXME */
This null point let the program crash in msvcrt:_mbscmp
I have no idea how to implement a correctly ti->lpszText, could some wine developers take this bug?
Thanks a lot!
