All of my 16 bit programs suffer from this same commit.
Alt-tab from and back to any 16 bit application seems to trigger the bug with
KDE 3.4.2 and ICEwm, The first keystroke type also causes the problem in.

The application linked to bug 5230 shows the problem. Run it and alt tab twice.
